สำนักวิชาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดโครงการ “ADT MediHack – Exploring AI for Healthcare Solution 2026” ระหว่างวันที่ 14–15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เพื่อเปิดเวทีให้นักศึกษาจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชาร่วมกันพัฒนาทางเลือกด้านสุขภาพดิจิทัล โดยใช้ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการออกแบบ UX/UI เป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงระบบและสร้างต้นแบบนวัตกรรมที่สามารถต่อยอดสู่การใช้งานจริงในอนาคต

โครงการ MediHack 2026 ได้รับความสนใจอย่างล้นหลาม มีนักศึกษาสมัครเข้าร่วม มากกว่า 100 คน และผ่านกระบวนการคัดเลือกเพื่อเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันจำนวน 75 คน สะท้อนถึงกระแสความสนใจของคนรุ่นใหม่ที่ต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อระบบสุขภาพและสังคม

แนวคิดสำคัญของโครงการคือการนำ “โจทย์จริง (Real-World Problems)” จากบริบทของ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงมาเป็นโจทย์การแข่งขัน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ทำงานบนปัญหาที่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และผู้ป่วยเผชิญจริง ทั้งในมิติของกระบวนการทำงาน ความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้ การสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ การออกแบบบริการ การลดภาระงานบุคลากร และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วย

ผู้จัดโครงการเน้นย้ำว่า แม้ AI และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลจะมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อระบบสุขภาพ แต่ “เทคโนโลยีอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอ” จำเป็นต้องออกแบบประสบการณ์ใช้งานที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์จริง โดยใช้แนวคิด Human-Centered Design เพื่อให้โซลูชัน “ใช้งานง่าย เข้าใจได้จริง ปลอดภัย และเกิดผลลัพธ์ได้ในภาคสนาม”

MFU Launches “ADT MediHack 2026,” Selecting 75 Students to Develop AI-Driven Solutions for Real Clinical Challenges.

The School of Applied Digital Technology at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center Hospital, organized “ADT MediHack – Exploring AI for Healthcare Solution 2026” on February 14-15, 2026. The program invited students from diverse disciplines to design digital health solutions that respond to authentic clinical needs, using artificial intelligence (AI), digital technologies, and UX/UI design as core tools.

The event attracted strong interest, with more than 100 students applying to participate. Following a competitive selection process,75 students were chosen to join the hackathon. The response signals a clear enthusiasm among young innovators to apply artificial intelligence (AI), digital technologies and design thinking to address pressing healthcare challenges.

At the core of MediHack 2026 lies a real-world problem framework, drawn directly from the operational context of the Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center Hospital. Participants worked on issues encountered by healthcare professionals and patients in everyday practice. Focus areas included workflow optimization, patient safety, health information communication, service design, workload reduction for medical staff and the enhancement of patient care efficiency. By grounding the competition in authentic hospital scenarios, students were encouraged to think beyond prototypes and consider practical feasibility.

Organizers emphasized that while AI and digital technologies play a transformative role in healthcare, technology alone cannot deliver impact. Effective solutions must be shaped through Human-Centered Design to ensure usability, safety and practical implementation in clinical environments.

Prior to the competition, participants attended expert-led sessions and hands-on workshops designed to build essential competencies. These sessions covered health technology and Artificial Intelligence, principles of UX/UI design for healthcare systems, and effective project presentation and pitching techniques.

ADT MediHack 2026illustrates MFU’s approach to experiential learning that connects academic expertise with institutional needs. The initiative advances the development of future-ready talent equipped with integrated AI, digital and design competencies to drive tangible progress in Thailand’s digital health landscape.
